		<description>Thank you for the good write up. These are all very practical tips to help companies with their blog. I am actually getting my company set up with a blog very shortly, and I plan on implementing many of these principles.

I would also add the importance of your blog being integrated with other social media outlets like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. In addition to that, it should be integrated with your strategy. I think it is a good idea to gear your messages to potential customers. What are their needs? What information are they searching for? This is not to say that you cannot ever include other fun material, but it should always serve a specific purpose. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
